moga4d reserves the right to request additional documentation or security checks before processing large withdrawals or if suspicious activity is detected. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if your Account has not completed KYC verification or if there are bonus wagering requirements pending.

Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time. Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms. moga4d offers sports betting on a wide range of sports including football, basketball, badminton, tennis, and e-sports. All bets are subject to the specific rules of each sport and betting market. Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body of each sport.
In the event of a match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the match is completed within 48 hours or unless specific market rules state otherwise. For football betting, this includes popular Indonesian markets such as bandar bola (football bookmaker bets), mix parlay (accumulator bets), and voor bola (Asian handicap betting).
All casino games including slots, table games, live dealer games, and crash games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are final and cannot be altered after completion.

Upon termination, all bonuses, pending bets, and promotional benefits will be forfeited. Remaining Account balance (excluding forfeited amounts) will be returned to you following completion of any required verification procedures. moga4d reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspicious activity.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to monthly maintenance fees. moga4d will attempt to contact you before applying such fees. You may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and contacting customer support.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online gaming operations.
